Joe & Gayle Swinney have a new great-granddaughter, Reamy Neaton, was born Tuesday (8/28). She weighed 9lbs 5oz and 21” long. She is the daughter of Sam & Brittany and the granddaughter of Tammy Decker. Mother & baby are doing well.
