I will sing of the LORD’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.
I will sing of the LORD’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations (Psa 89:1).
I was sinking deep in sin, Far from the peaceful shore, Very deeply stained within, Sinking to rise no more.
But the Master of the sea Heard my despairing cry, From the waters lifted me. Now safe am I.
Love lifted me! Love lifted me! When nothing else could help, Love lifted me. Love lifted me! Love lifted me! When nothing else could help Love lifted me.
Souls in danger look above Jesus completely saves He will lift you by his love Out of the angry waves
But the master of the sea Billows His will obey He your savior wants to be Be saved today
Love lifted me! Love lifted me! When nothing else could help, Love lifted me. Love lifted me! Love lifted me! When nothing else could help, Love lifted me.
Luke tells us of an arrogant man and a humble woman. The woman acted out of Christ’s forgiveness and kissed His feet; the Pharisee acted out of selfishness, not knowing Christ’s forgiveness or His love (Luke 7:44-47). Remembering God’s love for us will empower us to walk in the light of His forgiveness and share His love with all generations as we sing of His great love!
God Loves You
These three little words are true. The message they carry is the gospel message in a nutshell. These three little words are more powerful than sin, Satan, and even death (Rom 1:16; 6:23; Col 1:22; 2 Tim 1:10).
Are you outside of Christ? These words will draw you to Christ, if you let them (Jn 3:16; 6:44-45; Rom 2:4). Are you a member of Christ’s body, abiding in Him, the True Vine (Jn 15:1)? Then remain in His love and rely on the love He has for you (Jn 15:9; 1 Jn 4:16). If we will abide and remain in Him and His love we will bear much fruit (Jn 15:5, 9).
Never, Never, Never Give Up
Psalm 107 inspires us to never give up, because God’s unfailing love rescues, delivers, feeds, satisfies, sets free, and sustains the people who cry out to Him. Regardless, how bad it is, or what they have done and failed at — God listens for their humble cry! His love is faithful, just as He is faithful; His love endures forever!
