Humans have the tendency to make more of what they see and feel than is actually there!

Subjectivism is an appeal for what happened in the past based on subjective feelings.

Historical Christianity is based on historical events of the past as recorded for us by eyewitness testimony!

The Bible never defines for us what it “feels like” to be saved!

False teachings appeal to feelings as the basis for their being true.

Well, no wonder they do; how could they appeal to historical fact as the basis for believing what is NOT true?

God has never commanded His people to trust in what they think they see with their eyes or feel with their hearts above what God has said. In fact, He warns against it!
